That inbox is monitored by a person. Use it for:

• a question about an app we publish
• a privacy or deletion request
• a bug report
• App Store review follow-up

Please say which app the message is about (for example OmniAero or OmniPhysics). If you
are exercising a privacy right, say which state or country you are in.

We aim to answer within 45 days. We do not add you to a mailing list.

What not to send

Do not send photographs of your skin, medical records, or medication lists. We do not need
them to support the apps, and we have no special inbox for health files.
