OmniMathematics
Discrete math for computer science, and the math around it: topic packs with a cited source under each idea, Concepts (a built-in reference), interactives, and a story tour of twenty chapters in six parts. No account, and no network needed to study.
OmniMathematics is a learning app for iPhone and iPad, with an Apple Watch app. Everything you study ships inside the app, and your marks stay on your device and, if you are signed in to iCloud, in your own iCloud. Where Apple Intelligence is on and ready, it answers Ask on the device; where it is not, on an iPhone or iPad with 8 GB of memory or more, an optional on-device model, downloaded only if you choose, answers instead. Either way the answer is labelled as generated. Where no model answers, including devices with 6 GB or less, Ask shows the matching entry from Concepts and the packs.
- 20 chapters in 6 parts
- Sourced topic packs

OmniMathematics is not a course, a credential or a tutor who can certify you. Check anything you will be graded on against your course text.
OmniMathematics can download an optional on-device Ask model from Hugging Face, only where Apple Intelligence is not ready and only after you choose “Download” in Ask or turn on “On-device Ask model” in Settings. Which model is offered depends on the device's memory: an iPhone or iPad with 8 GB is offered MiniCPM5 2B (openbmb/MiniCPM5-2B-MLX, about 1.4 GB); 12 GB or more, Gemma 4 E2B (mlx-community/gemma-4-E2B-it-qat-4bit, about 4.4 GB), or MiniCPM5 2B instead when the memory check refuses Gemma 4 E2B, as a separate download you also choose; 6 GB or less, and devices without Metal 3, are offered no download and Ask answers from Concepts and the packs. The prompt names the model and its size. That request is for a model file; it does not send your questions or your marks anywhere. The privacy policy is the source for that sentence.
