Privacy

On your device. Named exceptions. Per-app policies.

This page explains the model. It does not replace a privacy policy. Each app has its own, because the apps do genuinely different things with data.

How these apps are built

The paragraph below is quoted from the published privacy hub. It is the source of truth for architecture claims on this company site. We do not paraphrase it into a stronger or weaker statement.

Prameya apps run their analysis on your device. We do not operate a server that receives your content, and we do not keep user profiles. Some apps can download an optional AI model file from Hugging Face, and only after you choose to; each app's own policy says whether it does and when. That request is for a model file; it does not send your content anywhere.

Where an app touches health information, US state law requires a separate consumer health data policy. Those are linked above and from each app's policy.

Some apps also sync preferences or records through your own iCloud account. Each app's own policy says what syncs, and whether sync is on until you turn it off or off until you turn it on.

No app requires an account. OmniDent offers an optional Sign in with Apple at the top of its Settings; no feature needs it, and neither does iCloud Sync. Signing in turns OmniDent's iCloud Sync switch on and signing out turns it off; you can also switch it yourself in Settings, and what syncs is the same either way. If you use it, the app keeps an identifier Apple issues for this app alone, and your name and email only if Apple passes them on the first sign-in, in the Keychain on that device. None of it is sent to Prameya, and there is no account on our systems. Delete Account & All Data, in the app, removes it. The OmniDent privacy policy is the source for this paragraph.

What this company site does not collect

This site is static files on GitHub Pages. It does not set a marketing cookie, does not load analytics, and does not load fonts or scripts from anyone but GitHub. If you write to admin@prameya.legal, we have your email address and whatever you put in the message. Support correspondence is not a mailing list.

Do not send photographs of your skin, medical records, or medication lists to that inbox. We do not need them to support the apps, and we have no special inbox for health files.

Four health apps

OmniSalub, OmniDent, OmniDerm and OmniRx each have a separate consumer health data policy, required by Washington's My Health My Data Act and linked distinctly — not as a section inside the main policy.

Claims this site will not make

OmniDent's published policy of 24 August 2026 withdrew a blanket “the app does not diagnose” sentence, because on-device chat is not filtered and can name a condition. This company site follows that policy on the OmniDent page. Do not copy a slogan over a policy.

OmniDerm's shipping build does not assess a photograph of your skin. The journal records what you noticed. That is why the OmniDerm page says the journal never names a mark.

OmniRx's shipping build does not take photographs, and does not diagnose, calculate doses, check interactions, or identify medicines from photographs.
